After you join the program, you can cancel anytime. The program is charged every 4 weeks, so as long as you cancel before your renewal date, you will not be charged. If you decide to cancel after the 3-day window of your monthly subscription, you will have access until the end of the 30-day period. We don't refund pro-rated amounts. All telehealth consultations are non-refundable.
