Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using GenWell Rx, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to text communications, you agree to receive messages from GenWell Rx including:
Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, prescription notifications, and care-related communications
Promotional Messages: Information about our telehealth services, health tips, and special offers
Message Frequency: You may receive approximately 2-8 text messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your interactions with our services.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

GenWell Rx provides telehealth services but does not replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Our providers offer consultations and may prescribe medications based on their clinical judgment. Prescription of any medication is not guaranteed and depends on medical appropriateness.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
