Membership cancelation policy

Cancellations can be made at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time once a billing cycle begins.

To cancel your membership:

1. Email us at Info@genwellrx.com with the subject line “Membership Cancellation Request.”
   
   
2. Include:
   
   

• Full name
  
  
• Email associated with your account
  
  
• Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  
  

We require at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date to process cancellations on time.
