How do I get my refills?
You can purchase a refill through our booking page. Look for the medication you are taking under virtual telehealth appointments and select the refill option.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Our services are designed to be affordable and accessible with transparent pricing. No insurance is required to use GenWell Rx.
How quickly will I receive my medication?
GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide) and ED medications: Shipped directly to your home within 3-10 business days after prescription approval.
Insomnia medications and Phentermine: Prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy, usually ready for pickup the same day or next day.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. All consultations are 100% confidential, and we follow strict HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal health information. Medications are shipped in discreet packaging when applicable.

These GI-related side effects typically lessen over time with longer use. Our formulations include Vitamin B6 to help minimize discomfort. There are also non-medication strategies and over-the-counter options to manage these symptoms.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
Results vary by medication and individual:
- Phentermine: Studies show at least 5% body weight loss after 6 months
- Semaglutide: Average 15-20% body weight loss, with most patients losing 5-10% in the first 3-6 months
- Tirzepatide: Average 26.6% total body weight loss over 84 weeks, with 1-6 pounds per week during active treatment
Individual results may vary based on adherence to the program, diet, exercise, and other factors.
Do I need lab work for weight loss programs?
Phentermine: No lab work is required for the Phentermine program.
Semaglutide & Tirzepatide: Lab work is required to ensure we can safely prescribe these medications. Required labs include: Hgb A1C, CBC, CMP, TSH, and Free T4. Lab work must be repeated every 3 months to continue treatment.
What are the pricing options for weight loss programs?
Phentermine:$85/month with autopay ($110/month without autopay), plus $129 initial consultation
Semaglutide:$300/month with 3 or 6 month commitment (save $50/month), or $350/month with no commitment, plus $129 initial consultation
Tirzepatide:$500/month with 3 or 6 month commitment (save $50/month), or $550/month with no commitment, plus $129 initial consultation
All programs require follow-up consultations every 3 months.

Which medication is better - Zolpidem or Eszopiclone?
Zolpidem (Ambien): Fast-acting (works within 15-30 minutes), effects last 4-6 hours. Best for difficulty falling asleep and short-term treatment.
Eszopiclone (Lunesta): Longer duration of action (up to 36 hours), helps maintain sleep through the night. Best for staying asleep and reducing nighttime awakenings.

How much does insomnia treatment cost?
First month: $100 (includes physician review and first prescription)
Monthly refills: $49/month
No insurance required. Medications at the pharmacy may cost less with discount cards like GoodRx (often under $20).
Can I use these medications long-term?
Sleep medications are typically recommended for short-term use. Your physician will work with you to determine the appropriate duration of treatment based on your individual needs and may recommend strategies for tapering off the medication when appropriate.
Where do I pick up my insomnia medication?
Insomnia medications are sent to your chosen pharmacy for pickup. You can select any pharmacy that's convenient for you during the intake process. Most pharmacies have your prescription ready the same day or next day after it's sent by our physicians.
ED Treatment
What are the common side effects of ED medication (Sildenafil/Tadalafil)?
Common side effects of ED medications include:
- Headaches
- Flushing
- Indigestion
- Nasal congestion
- Dizziness
These side effects are typically mild and temporary. If you experience severe or persistent side effects, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
What's the difference between Sildenafil and Tadalafil?
Sildenafil (Generic Viagra): Works in 30-60 minutes, effects last 4-6 hours. Best for planned sexual activity. Available in 25mg dose.
Tadalafil (Generic Cialis): Works in 30 minutes, effects last up to 36 hours (the "weekend pill"). Best for more spontaneous activity. Available in 10mg dose.
Both are equally effective—the choice depends on your lifestyle and preferences. Our physicians will help you select the best option.
How much does ED treatment cost?
$100/month for a 30-day supply of medication. This includes the physician consultation, prescription, discreet shipping to your home, and access to monthly refills. No hidden fees, no insurance required.

How is the medication delivered?
Your medication is shipped directly to your home in discreet, unmarked packaging. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after your prescription is approved.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term commitments for most programs (except where noted for specific commitment-based pricing). You can cancel your monthly refills at any time by contacting us at hello@genwellrx.com or calling 757-920-5388. Please provide at least 15 days notice before your next scheduled refill.
What is your refund policy?
All telehealth consultations are non-refundable. For weight loss programs, if you cancel after your monthly subscription charge but before your renewal date, you will have access until the end of your paid period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds. No refunds are given for completed physician consultations or no-show appointments.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! All of our consultations are conducted virtually via telehealth. You'll meet with our board-certified physicians through a secure video platform. Same-day appointments are often available. You'll need a blood pressure cuff and scale for weight loss consultations.
