Referral Tracking Setup Guide

How to use your referral system, track earnings, and make the most of your ambassador tools

📌 Important: Manual Referral Tracking

Automated tracking links and dashboards are not currently active. All referrals are tracked manually. Your ambassador referral code is your primary tool — referred patients simply mention it when contacting us. Your Ambassador Liaison will provide a monthly referral summary by email. See Section 1 below for full details.

1 Personal Referral Code

This is your primary referral tool. Share it everywhere and ask referred patients to mention it when contacting Genwell RX.

3 Physical Referral Cards (Optional)

Business card-sized, printed with your name and referral code. Great for in-person conversations, events, or leaving with friends and family.

📊 Referral Tracking & Reporting
Note: An automated dashboard is planned for the future. Currently, referral tracking is handled manually by your Ambassador Liaison, who will send you a monthly summary.

Your Monthly Summary Email Will Include:

  • Total referrals for the month
  • Total referrals all-time
  • Pending referrals (signed up but not completed month 1)
  • Earnings for the month
  • Earnings all-time
  • Progress toward quarterly bonus

💰 How You Get Paid

Payment Process

  • Referral Signs Up — They mention your code when contacting Genwell RX and complete their consultation.
  • They Complete Month 1 — After 30 days of active treatment. You've earned $15!
  • Payment Processing — Sent via PayPal within 15 days. You'll receive an email confirmation.
  • Quarterly Bonus — $100 bonus paid within 30 days of quarter end for qualifying referrals.

Troubleshooting
"Someone signed up but their referral wasn't logged"
Have them email info@genwellrx.com or call (757) 920-5388 within 7 days and mention your referral code. We'll manually add the credit.
"Someone forgot to use my code"
Have them contact us within 7 days and mention your name and code. We'll apply the referral credit manually.
"When will I get paid?"
Within 15 days of your referral completing month 1. Contact info@genwellrx.com if payment is delayed beyond that window.
"Can I refer someone who was already a patient?"
Referral bonuses apply to new patients only, or prior patients who stopped treatment and are restarting. Existing active patients are not eligible.
"How do I check my referral count?"
Contact your Ambassador Liaison or email info@genwellrx.com — your Liaison sends a monthly summary, but you can request an update anytime.
